Email and communications policy
WARNING – Our emails and any files transmitted with them are confidential and may also be privileged. If you are not the intended recipient, you should not copy, forward or use any part of our emails or disclose their contents to any person. If you have received an email in error please notify the sender. Such an email and any automatic copies should be deleted after you have contacted the sender.
Any statements made, or intentions expressed in our communications may not necessarily reflect the views of idRisk. No content herein will bind idRisk or any associated companies unless confirmed by the execution of a formal contract with idRisk.
We take reasonable precautions to ensure our emails are virus free but cannot accept responsibility for any virus transmitted by us and we recommend that you subject any incoming email to your own virus checking procedures. Attachments, especially those containing encrypted data, should be checked before use. Internet communications are not secure and therefore idRisk does not provide any guarantee or warranty that such messages or any attachments shall remain confidential or be delivered in a timely manner.
To ensure client service levels and business continuity idRisk operates a policy whereby emails can be stored or read by its employees or partners other than the addressee. This policy complies with the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000. Please note that to ensure regulatory compliance and for the protection of our customers and business, we may store, monitor and read emails sent to and from idRisk.
